2.Machining parts for automatic machine must be fully respect the drawing, and only can be amounted after incoming check according to the drawing.
3.All parts of automatic machine (exclude cutter parts) must conduct chrome plating to avoid getting rust during production.
4.Automatic machine availability shall be over 85%
5.Reject ratio of automatic machine shall be controlled under 1%
6.Automatic machine can only be delivered after qualified pre-acceptance when finish assembly.
7.Automatic machine shall start normal production within 15days on site, compliance with design capacity.
8.Mass production can only be committed after trial run parts within drawing dimension requirements.
9.Cutter replacement must be done within 30minutes; mounting position must be equipped with fool-proof devices for anyone to conduct fast replacement only by tightening screws.
10.During normal production, the feeding intervals for bowl feeder must over half an hour.
