Shenzhen Hongyunming Technology Co., Ltd provide charge free after-sales service for automatic machines within 1year since the signing date of acceptance.
Shenzhen Hongyunming Technology Co., Ltd is responsible for machine problem shooting and system maintenance for its products; including parts (exclude ware parts and outsourced parts), within warranty period. No extra fee will be charged unless the failure is caused by man-made factor and natural factor (e.g. Fire, thunderstrike etc.)
Specific Response Time As Below:
A.Response time for on-line technical support is: 1x4hours
B.Response time for big failure is 1X24hours (Festival & Holiday 3x24hours) for maintenance engineer to be on-site upon receiving maintenance notification.
C.Check and maintain own manufactured machines very six months.
D.Second time is a comprehensive check of the machine.
E.Certain service fee will be charged under discretion when machine is beyond warranty period.
