Service Clause: Shenzhen Hongyunming Technology Co., Ltd warranty clauses see below:
1.Warranty and maintenance locations: customer workshop
2.Warranty deadline for new machine is 1year (count from acceptance date)
3.Warranty period for refurbished products is 1year, counting from the delivery date.
4.Warranty period for repair products is half a year, since the delivery date, and only for repeatable failures.
5.We will provide maintenance for accidents or breakdown under warranty, but warranty period will not be prolonged due to repair or replacement.
6.If malfunction is due to machine design failure, Hongyunming is responsible to maintain no matter it is within or beyond warranty period.
7.For the following cases are out of Runzhen warranty range:
Improper usage (unauthorized demolition or modification of the product)
Machine fall down or damaged during transfer after delivery.
Damages caused by environment or customer self-developed software.
Natural disaster, fire or power failure
